Where there is a Will

Although your loved one may have made their wishes known in their Will, we are here to help with the legal formalities and can deal with matters on your behalf.

Where there is no Will

There are rules in place where no Will has been left, setting out who can deal with the estate and who is to benefit. Our experienced team can help you through this process to make sure everything is dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Costs

So that you know where you stand right at the start, we will provide an upfront estimate. Costs are usually deducted from a person’s estate so you are not left with a bill at the end.
